Couples Therapy and Relationship Repair
Relationships can be deeply meaningful yet also profoundly challenging when communication breaks down, trust is damaged, or unresolved patterns persist. Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and better understand one another’s emotional needs. The goal is to strengthen connections, foster healthier dynamics, and support meaningful relational growth.
I enjoy couples sessions because it is empowering to see two people get to a place where they can hear each other. Sometimes it is small perceptual shifts, and the way we frame our emotions and feelings through “I” statements, that can create meaningful connections. At times, it’s about building structure through a regular schedule to talk about emotions and needs, including support.
