Early life experiences often shape beliefs, behaviours, emotional responses, and relationship patterns in adulthood. Childhood trauma and inner child work focus on exploring unresolved wounds, healing past experiences, and developing greater compassion for the self. This approach helps clients identify subconscious patterns, process emotional pain, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My focus is to provide practical tools and examples that individuals can use not only to identify the healing that needs to happen, but also to heal, move forward from past experiences, and shift their perspectives.
