Counselling can help with changing our thought patterns and breaking blocks that we have set for ourselves. Through deliberate work, self-care and mindfulness, we can change those thought patterns. We can define our purpose and set goals for ourselves to make a difference. I like to incorporate psychological research and theory to help you understand your thought patterns with my therapy style. Understanding yourself can go a long way in your journey.

My style of counselling is based on a collaborative approach. We can define the counselling process as we see fit. I like to provide autonomy to clients so they can determine what outcomes they are seeking. Collectively we can then work through different ideas and setting goals. Whether your goals are based on nutrition, fitness, fashion, career, or thought patterns, we can work together to define your goals.

As your therapist, I am happy to work with your schedule and be involved as much as you would like. I can be available if you need someone to bounce ideas off of. If you need someone to check in with you and track your progress toward your goals, I am also happy to do that. The beauty of the process is that there are no set rules; we can work together to define how we will maintain this process. We can also evaluate progress along the way and make tweaks.

My service to you is filled with open communication, transparency and no judgment.
Initial Consult: I offer a free initial consultation to understand how I can serve you. This would be an opportunity for us to see if there is a fit.
Services Once there is a fit, we can start the collaboration. Typically we would meet twice a month. Once you are on your way with your goals, we would have regular touch points to see how you’re sustaining. At any point, if you feel you are ready, this process can be concluded with no obligations.

My fees are very competitive, and I do not want costs to get in the way of your ability to seek therapy. Sessions are priced at $200 per session, but there are opportunities for sliding scale fees.
