Addiction Recovery

Addiction often develops as a way to cope with pain, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Recovery is not only about stopping harmful behaviours but also about understanding the underlying patterns driving them. This therapeutic approach supports individuals in addressing root causes, building resilience, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating sustainable pathways toward healing, purpose, and long-term recovery.

The goal will be to identify your pain-pleasure cycle and the need to escape, and how one can confront the difficult emotions and shame through a biopsychosocial and, in some cases, spiritual approach to manage the need for escape.
